- 2 cups seedless watermelon (pureed)
- 1 tsp lemon juice

- Make Watermelon Puree
Blend watermelon chunks until smooth. Strain if needed to remove excess liquid or pulp.
- Whip the Cream
In a large chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Mix Base
In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, watermelon puree, and food coloring (if using).
- Combine
