  • 2 ripe mangoes (or 2 cups mango puree)
  • 1 can (400ml) full-fat coconut milk (chilled)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) sweetened condensed milk (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: shredded coconut or mango chunks for topping

🍴 Steps

  1. Blend the base
    • In a blender, combine chopped mango, chilled coconut milk, condensed milk, and vanilla.
    • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Freeze
    • Pour into a loaf pan or container.
    • Top with coconut shreds or mango cubes (optional).
    • Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
