Whip 2 cups of cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
🥄 Step 2 – Make the Banana Base
In a separate bowl, mix the banana pudding mix, ½ cup cold milk, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the banana base until fully incorporated.

Fold in ¾ cup of the crushed Nilla wafers. Save some for the topping.
