- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or agave (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Prep Bananas
Peel, slice, and freeze bananas overnight.
- Blend
In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend frozen bananas with coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Add Toppings (Optional)
Stir in shredded coconut, nuts, or chocolate chips for texture.
- Freeze (Optional)
You can enjoy it as soft-serve immediately, or transfer to a container and freeze for 2–3 hours for a firmer scoop.
