Vegan Banana Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or agave (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips

    Peel, slice, and freeze bananas overnight.
  2. Blend
