- 2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks (dark or semi-sweet)
- 1/4 cup chocolate fudge sauce or Nutella (swirled in)
🍴 Steps
- Whip the cream
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Mix chocolate base
- In a separate bowl, mix condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold together
- Gently fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips or chunks.
- Layer with fudge
- Pour half the mix into a container.
- Drizzle fudge sauce or Nutella and swirl with a spoon.
- Repeat with the second layer.
- Freeze
- Cover and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight.
- Serve
