Salted Caramel Ice Cream

  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes (optional for topping)

🍴 Steps

  1. Whip the cream
    • Beat cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix the base
    • In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with 1/4 cup caramel sauce.
  3. Combine
    • Fold the whipped cream into the caramel mixture until well combined.
  4. Assemble & freeze
    • Pour into a loaf pan. Swirl in remaining 1–2 tbsp caramel sauce on top.
    • Sprinkle sea salt flakes if desired.
    • Freeze for 6+ hours or overnight.
  5. Serve
    • Let soften slightly, scoop, and enjoy that creamy salty-sweet goodness!
