- 2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional, enhances pistachio flavor)
- 1/2 cup pistachio paste or spread (available online or homemade)
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted pistachios (roughly chopped)

- Whip the Cream
In a large bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Prepare Base
In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, pistachio paste, vanilla extract, and almond extract if using. Stir until smooth.
- Combine
Gently fold the whipped cream into the pistachio mixture until fully combined and creamy.
- Add Pistachios
Fold in the chopped roasted pistachios.
- Freeze
Pour into a container, top with extra pistachios, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
