- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk (chilled)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

- Blend it up
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, and sweetener.
- Blend until smooth and creamy like soft serve. (Add more coconut milk 1 tbsp at a time if needed.)
- Serve immediately
- Scoop into bowls or cones.
- Optional: top with toasted coconut flakes or a cherry!
- Or Freeze for later
- For firmer texture, freeze the whip for 1–2 hours and serve like ice cream.
