Ingredients (makes about 6 bars):
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 ripe peach (pitted & chopped)
- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¾ cup white chocolate (bars or chips)
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp freeze‑dried strawberry powder (for that peachy blush)
Steps:
- Whip cream (and vanilla) to stiff peaks.
- Blend peach and condensed milk into smooth puree.
- Fold peach puree into whipped cream gently until combined.
- Spoon mix into peach‑shaped silicone molds, insert sticks, and freeze 6h+ or overnight.
- Gently unmold frozen bars. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil.
- Dip bars in chocolate, letting it drip off evenly.
- Sprinkle tops with strawberry powder for natural blush.
- Freeze briefly again or serve right away!
