Mocha Fudge Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee (or espresso powder)
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce (store-bought or homemade)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Dissolve Coffee
    In a small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee in hot water. Let it cool.
  2. Whip the Cream
    In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Make the Base
    In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, coffee mixture, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the coffee base until fluffy and fully combined.
  5. Add Fudge Swirl
    Pour half of the mixture into a container, drizzle with half the fudge sauce, then repeat with the remaining base and sauce. Swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Freeze
    Cover and freeze for 6+ hours or overnight.
  7. Serve & Caffeinate
    Chocolate + coffee = perfection in every creamy scoop!
