Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp mint extract (not peppermint โ unless you like that sharp kick)
- A few drops of green food coloring (optional)
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips or finely chopped dark chocolate

- Whip the Cream
Beat heavy cream in a cold bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Make the Mint Base
In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with mint extract and food coloring (if using).
- Combine
Gently fold the whipped cream into the minty condensed milk mixture.
- Add Chocolate
Stir in chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.
- Freeze
Pour into a loaf pan or container, smooth it out, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Scoop & Refresh
