Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mango puree (fresh or canned, like Alphonso or Kesar)
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder (optional, for an authentic touch)
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice (to balance the sweetness)

  1. Prepare Mango Mix
    Blend the mango puree with Greek yogurt, cardamom (if using), and lemon/lime juice until smooth.
  2. Whip the Cream
    In a large bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Mix Base
    In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk with the mango-yogurt mixture.
  4. Combine
    Gently fold whipped cream into the mango base until fully incorporated and fluffy.
  5. Freeze
    Pour into a container, smooth the top, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
