Cotton Candy Ice Cream

📝 Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cotton candy flavoring (optional but awesome)
  • Food coloring: blue & pink
  • Optional: mini marshmallows, cotton candy pieces, sprinkles

🍴 Steps

  1. Whip the cream
    • Beat cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix base
    • In another bowl, stir together condensed milk, vanilla, and cotton candy flavoring.
  3. Combine & divide
    • Fold whipped cream into the condensed milk gently.
    • Divide the mix into two bowls.
    • Tint one pink and one blue using a drop of gel food coloring.
  4. Layer & swirl
    • In a loaf pan, alternate spooning pink and blue layers.
    • Gently swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
    • Top with marshmallows, sprinkles, or cotton candy bits.
  5. Freeze
    • Freeze for 6+ hours.
    • Scoop and serve with extra magic!
