Cookies & Cream Oreo Ice Cream

📝 Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 2 cups (480ml) cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 15–20 crushed Oreo cookies

🍴 Steps

  1. Whip the cream
    • In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix in the rest
    • In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
    • Fold into the whipped cream gently to keep it fluffy.
    • Fold in crushed Oreos (reserve a few to sprinkle on top).
  3. Freeze
    • Pour into a loaf pan or container.
    • Top with remaining Oreo chunks.
    • Cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve
    • Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then scoop and enjoy!
