- 2 cups (480ml) cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 15–20 crushed Oreo cookies
🍴 Steps
- Whip the cream
- In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in the rest
- In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
- Fold into the whipped cream gently to keep it fluffy.
- Fold in crushed Oreos (reserve a few to sprinkle on top).
- Freeze
- Pour into a loaf pan or container.
- Top with remaining Oreo chunks.
- Cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
- Serve
- Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then scoop and enjoy!
