Cookies & Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 15–20 Oreo cookies (crushed)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Crush the Oreos
    Break the Oreos into chunks — not crumbs! Leave some big pieces for texture.
  2. Whip the Cream
    In a large bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form (about 2–3 minutes).
  3. Mix Condensed Milk & Vanilla
    In another bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Add Oreos
    Fold in the crushed Oreos, saving a few for topping.
  6. Freeze
    Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, sprinkle extra cookie pieces on top, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  7. Scoop & Serve!
    Creamy, crunchy, cookie-loaded deliciousness!
