Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (slightly melted for swirling)
  • Optional: chocolate chips or chopped Reese’s

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Whip the Cream
In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream using a mixer until stiff peaks form (2–3 minutes).
  2. Make Chocolate Base
In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Combine
Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture using a spatula until fully combined.
  4. Add Peanut Butter Swirl
Pour half of the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Drizzle melted peanut butter, then layer in the rest of the ice cream base. Add more peanut butter swirls on top and gently swirl with a knife or skewer.
  5. Freeze
Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Scoop and devour!
