✅ Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper (for a little chai kick)
- Optional: crushed speculoos cookies or gingersnaps for topping
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Whip the Cream
Beat the heavy cream in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Spice the Base
In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with vanilla and all the spices until smooth and aromatic.
- Combine
Gently fold the whipped cream into the spiced milk mixture until fully incorporated and fluffy.
- Add Optional Mix-ins
Fold in crushed cookies for texture, or reserve them for a topping.
- Freeze
Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
