- 2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups Fruity Pebbles, Froot Loops, or Cinnamon Toast Crunch
- 1/2 cup cold milk
🍴 Steps
- Infuse the milk
- Soak cereal in the 1/2 cup milk for 20 minutes, then strain it (keep the milk, discard soggy cereal).
- Whip the cream
- Beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Make the base
- In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, vanilla, and the cereal-infused milk.
- Combine
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cereal milk mix.
- Fold in 1/2 cup fresh cereal for crunch (optional).
- Freeze
- Pour into a container, top with more cereal.
- Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
- Serve
