Caramel Popcorn Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 cup caramel popcorn (store-bought or homemade), crushed
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Whip the Cream
    In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix Base
    In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, caramel sauce, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Combine
    Fold the whipped cream into the caramel mixture gently until fully blended.
  4. Add Crunch
    Fold in crushed caramel popcorn (save some for the top).
  5. Freeze
    Pour into a container, sprinkle with extra popcorn, drizzle with more caramel, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
