Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon swirl (see below)
  • Optional: bits of cinnamon rolls or crushed cinnamon cookies

🍯 Cinnamon Swirl Filling:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    Mix until thick and syrupy.

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Make Cinnamon Swirl
    Combine brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside to cool.
  2. Whip the Cream
    In a large bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Make the Base
    In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  4. Combine
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the cinnamon mixture until smooth.
  5. Layer and Swirl
    Pour half the mixture into a container, drizzle half the cinnamon swirl, and swirl lightly with a knife. Repeat with remaining base and swirl. Add cinnamon roll chunks if using.
  6. Freeze
    Cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Scoop & Devour
    Cozy cinnamon bun vibes in every cold, creamy bite!
