- 2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes (optional for topping)
🍴 Steps
- Whip the cream
- Beat cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Mix the base
- In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with 1/4 cup caramel sauce.
- Combine
- Fold the whipped cream into the caramel mixture until well combined.
- Assemble & freeze
- Pour into a loaf pan. Swirl in remaining 1–2 tbsp caramel sauce on top.
- Sprinkle sea salt flakes if desired.
- Freeze for 6+ hours or overnight.
- Serve
- Let soften slightly, scoop, and enjoy that creamy salty-sweet goodness!
